Special character bug

Hi team - apostrophes (') and some other other special characters are changed to ??? in the reference reports. Not sure how to fix this!

Candidate Complete Button

It would be useful to be able to complete a candidate and turn their marker into a green tick with a complete button, even if all their references aren’t complete. It would be helpful for other team members to see who we are still waiting on, for onboarding. Plus sometimes candidates drop out of the onboarding process and even though we aren’t collecting references from them anymore, it appears we are on the sidebar.

Notification

It would be great to receive a notification when the full report was complete vs. each individual reference being completed. We’re new users, so there may be a feature for this already just not visible in our settings.

Package elements for candidates

We often find that once we set up a candidate on RefNow, it then turns out that they also need a DBS or that they already have one. Would be good to be able to edit elements required, once a request is created (e.g. take out DBS or add it to the request). Thanks!

Link to job board

When someone submits a referral, they are then asked if they’d like to learn more about our company. If they click "Yes," their name and phone number are collected. Rather than simply gathering their information, is there a way to enhance this process? Specifically, once they confirm their interest, could the confirmation page include a link to our job board—allowing them to view and explore current opportunities and apply directly? This approach would offer a more engaging experience, instead of us just collecting a list to contact later.

Additional reminders required

After 1 week - no further email reminders are being sent to the candidate or referee so if either are on annual leave for 1 week (or 2!) we will need to then step in and chase this missing information 1 week is simply not enough time period

It would be handy to have a place where we can keep completed/old profiles without having to keep putting the filter on every time. It would also be handy to have the option to mare the candidate as completed, for when work is done our end in the background.

Archive

I haven’t found anything in the system to suggest that you can archive a check. It would be useful to be able to file a check once we have completed it but have the option to go back and look at it if necessary eg if there could be a name search that could be on open or archived requests.
