Question profiles redesign v1

Here’s a list of a few things that people have requested:

• drag and drop could be improved

• hard to know what the sort order of my questions are

• question profiles page design feels outdated/doesn’t match the rest of application

• I’d like to know how many questions I have for each reference type

• I’m not clear on what default questions are automatically added

• adding a new question could be clearer
