Reminders for references

Noticed that reference put on yesterday is next due to send a reminder tomorrow which is a Saturday. Might be worth looking into it moving to a Friday as more likely to get a response on a week day?

    Hi Bianca,

    Thanks for your patience and for the feedback on the reminder scheduling. We've been looking at the data over the recent months, and it shows that quite a high number of requests are completed outside of normal business hours, even on weekends!

    It may actually be helping to speed up the completion of references by having them occasionally sent at the weekend based on our analytics.

    However, we’ll continue to monitor this trend and see if we can make any improvements to the reminder scheduling.
